Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days from order confirmation.
We currently ship across India.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Payment Policy

Aradhyam Products offers secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected pin codes.
Prepaid Payments – UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Return Policy

All our products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Returns are allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer is required to send the product back to Aradhyam Products.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
No returns will be accepted for reasons such as personal preference or fragrance variation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after customer confirmation.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
