- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on eligible pin codes.
- Prepaid Payments – UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Return Policy
Every product at Aradhyam Products is quality-checked before dispatch. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
- Returns are applicable only in case of damaged or incorrect products.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The customer is required to send the product back to Aradhyam Products.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference or fragrance variation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
